Bill Details

Processing the Bill
Our billing window is typically from the 25th of each month to the 25th of the month.

Delinquent Bill
- Water bills are mailed out on or before the first business day of the month and are due on the 15th of every month.
- A ten percent (10%) penalty is applied on the 16th of the month(or proceeding business day, if on a weekend or a holiday).
- Service disconnected (turned off) if the bill is not paid in full by 8:30 AM on the 23rd of the month (or proceeding business day, if on a weekend or a holiday) (Reference Bondurant Municipal Code Section 17.157).
- A non-payment fee of $50.00 will be required and the total bill paid in full prior to turning the service back on (only during business hours) regardless of disconnection of service.
- A $10.00 fee is charged for all checks not honored by the bank.
