Utility Rates and Service Codes

Utility Rates Schedule (effective on bills issued on or after July 1, 2025)

Water Fees:

• Availability Fee - $10.34 per month
• Usage Fee (per 1,000 gallons) - $10.34 per 1,000

Customers outside the Bondurant corporate limits shall pay one and one-half times the above-stated rates.

Sanitary Sewer Fees:

• Minimum Fee (0-1,300 gallons) - $11.03 per month
• Usage Fee (per 1,000 gallons) - $11.67 per 1,000

Stormwater Fee:

$6.59 (per ERU) per month for residential, non-Secular, duplexes, and multi-family residential

$3.25 (per ERU) for Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional

Waste Disposal Fees:

Garbage Fees:

• 96 Gal - $11.72 per month
• 48 Gal - $11.72 per month

Recycling Fee:

• $5.13 per month
