How to Pay Your Utility Bill

Direct Pay (Automatic Payment):

With Direct Pay, the amount of your monthly statement will be automatically deducted from your savings or checking account on the 15th of the month (if it’s a holiday or weekend; deduction will be done the following business day). You will still receive a statement indicating the amount withdrawn from your account. 

Fill in the consent form and email to info@cityofbondurant.com along with a copy of a voided check – document available online at:  Automatic Payment Application  (or mail documents to City Center Address below)

One-Time Online Payment:

The payment processor accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express with a processing fee. In order to make an online payment, you will need your utility account number located on your utility bill. Payments that are made online need to be made by the 15th of the month to avoid the 10% penalty. Payments made online after the 15th of each month are considered late and should include the 10% penalty. If it is after 8:30 a.m. on disconnect day, you will need to make your payment for the amount due after the due date plus a $50 late fee. Click here to make payment which will include a processing fee.

DropBox:

Available anytime; day or night. You can drop your payment into our deposit box located on the south side of the building at 200 Second Street, NE. Payments made in the night depository will be posted after 8:00 a.m., the following business day.
