Future Disc Golf Course

Eagle Park is a linear 17.8-acre park adjacent to Mallard Pointe Park and north of 2nd Street NW and the Collison Soccer Park. The park lies between the Mallard Pointe, Arbor Ridge, and Deer Ridge Crossing neighborhoods. Mud Creek flows through the entire park making it a special location to interact with the water including this location as a regional addition to the ICON water trail system. The northern section of the park includes three public fishing ponds that are regularly evaluated by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. Soft walking trails, native plantings, limited parking, butterfly gardens, interpretive signs, and solar-powered benches were installed in 2023 making this park a destination to connect with nature. The future will include a 9-hole disc golf course.
