Thank you to the Public Works Crews

The derecho was the third storm in three months. Following each of these storms events, we are all reminded that not all heroes wear capes. Some carry a chainsaw, wear a reflective vest, drive a truck or heavy equipment, and direct traffic. 

Public Works Crews works 10-hour shifts for approximately 13 days to clear all the debris from the curbside collection. General contractor, J Petticord, hauled 211 semi loads of debris to their collection site and City Staff also collected 150 loads of storm debris.

The Public Works crews are proud to serve the community each day to ensure everyone is kept safe and debris cleaned up in a timely manner.
