Parks Closed for the Season

The City of Bondurant park maintenance team has begun winterizing the City's parks. 

  • Drinking fountains were winterized in late October.
  • The Lake Petocka restrooms will be winterized and closed beginning Tuesday, November 16.
  • The City Park restrooms close for the season the week of November 21.
  • The Regional Trailhead restrooms will remain open as long as we can. Once the temperatures drop below the teens for an extended period they will be closed. 

All park restrooms; City Park, Lake Petocka Restrooms, and the Regional Trailhead restrooms will reopen in spring 2022. Park users may continue using park shelters during restroom closures.
