Fit For Life! Monday and Thursdays at 8:30 AM in Meeting room A. What you need: 2-3 pound weights, stretch band and water.

Join us on Monday and Thursday mornings at 8:30 for a workout to stay FIT FOR LIFE! 

FREE and NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED!!!

What you need: 2-3 lb weights, stretch band, and water.

Videos are rotated to keep a variety going. We do strength, stretching, core work, and even work on balance and posture.

Each workout is approximately 30 to 45 minutes and mostly done seated in a sturdy chair.
