2020 City Hall Renovation
Project Description:
An addition of 1,472 square feet and a renovation of the interior space for the entire building, as well as technology upgrades.

Work continues at Bondurant City Center.
Currently, the Council Chambers technology is being upgraded and additional furniture is being put in place. City offices have been completed and the full project should be finished by August 1st. We are anxious for an opportunity to host an open house and have citizens in to tour the building once social distancing requirements are lifted.

A few minor construction hiccups have caused this project to not complete on time. City Hall will be open for business as soon as construction punch list items are complete and when it is safe to open to the public. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the office has been closed, but will reopen as in-person business is allowed by state dignitaries.
