Holiday & Cemetery Decoration Schedule

It is important to commemorate your loved ones, and decorating their graves is one way to do that. The City of Bondurant’s goal is to keep the cemetery grounds and plots in good condition for all patrons. Together, we can maintain a beautiful, well-kept, and contemplative environment for all visitors.
In preparation for the holiday gravesite clean-up please follow the 2021 schedule below:
Labor Day(first Monday in September) – have all decorations, not attached to the gravestone, removed by August 20th and decorating can begin again on August 27th
Reference City Code 115.10:
Decorations are allowed 10 days before and removed two weeks following Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
