Live Healthy Iowa 5K

Event details:
The Live Healthy Iowa 5K event includes a timed 5K run/walk and a 1K kid’s run that will take place Saturday, April 23, 2022. Registration for all locations will open on January 10, 2022.
Race start/finish:
The Bondurant Regional Trailhead on Main Street (2 Main Street NE, Bondurant), on the east side of the Emergency Services Building. View the route map here.

- LHI 10 Week Wellness participants receive a $10 discount on registration.

Note: LHI Challenge participant discount does not apply. This is a non-timed event.
Packet pickup/On-site registration:
Early packet pickup will be Friday, April 22, from 4:00-7:00 pm at City Hall (200 2nd Street NE).
The day of event pickup will be Saturday, April 23, from 7:00-7:45 am at the Fire Station (101 Grant Street N) east side entrance.
Event History:
The Live Healthy Iowa 5K events were created in 2013 as an opportunity to connect with Iowans locally, to support community wellness efforts, and to celebrate the completion of the 10 Week Wellness Challenge. The inaugural year garnered 1,838 participants in 10 Iowa communities. In 2019, 18 communities partnered to offer a local race event. COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the event in recent years with the 2020 races being canceled and 11 communities hosting in 2021.
