If you will be using the library's Meeting Room when the library is closed, you will need to pick up a key by the last open library day prior to your meeting.

Once your form is submitted, a library staff member will review your request on the next open business day, and will get back in touch with you to let you know the status of your application. If you have requested a key for using the Meeting Room, you will be responsible for picking up that key by the last open library day before your meeting takes place, as well as for the costs incurred if the key is lost, including the cost of rekeying door locks. Thanks for your request!
