A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Bondurant, Polk County, Iowa, was held in the Community Room at the Bondurant City Center on the 18th day of January, 2007, at 7:00 p.m.

Notice of the meeting was posted at the Bondurant City Center, Casey’s General Stores, Legacy Bank and the United States Post Office on January 16, 2007. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the public.
Mayor Pro Tem Bailey called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was taken and a quorum was declared.
Discussion took place among the City Council, Bondurant Emergency Services and the Library Board of Trustees concerning building and referendum plans.
Motion made by Council Member Ryan, seconded by Council Member Bailey, to adjourn the meeting at 8:25 p.m. Roll Call: Ayes: 3. Nays: 0. Motion carried.
