Sidewalk Permit


All sidewalks in the City of Bondurant must be within regulations provided by Chapter 136, Sidewalk Regulations, of the Bondurant Municipal Code (click here to be directed to the online Code resource), and by the regulations provided by the Altoona Building Department. Click here for the Sidewalk Permit Application Form. This form must be returned to Bondurant City Hall, with a $10 application fee, before any work begins. A 24 hour notice is required for scheduling an inspection. Inspections are performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m., and 5:00 p.m.
