To help prepare this plan, the City has hired a professional consulting team, Hoisington Koegler Group Inc., with years of experience facilitating community planning processes and preparing comprehensive plans. This consulting team will be guided by a steering committee consisting of the Planning and Zoning Board and will work closely with City staff.
