June Schedule of Events

Week of June 1:

• Virtual Storytimes Tuesday @ 3:45 pm, Wednesday @ 10:30 am , and Friday @ 12:45 pm on Facebook Live.
• Brighten Up Bondurant!  Help us brighten our community by creating sidewalk chalk art in YOUR neighborhood!  If you need chalk, stop by the library--we got you.
• For adults:  Virtual Beer Tasting!  Join us via Zoom while Reclaimed Rails Brewmaster Mike Sheets walks us through a tasting of four of their top brews.  Thursday, June 4 @ 7:00 pm.  The Library Sampler can be purchased online through Reclaimed Rails for $35.  Call the Library to register @ 967-4790.

Week of June 8:

• Virtual Storytimes Tuesday @ 3:45 pm, Wednesday @ 10:30 am , and Friday @ 12:45 pm on Facebook Live.
• Do our Scavenger Hunt!  Search for the magical items all around town.  Here is your CHECKLIST! And here are your CLUES!
• For adults:  Join us for Virtual Book Discussion via Zoom on Tuesday, June 9 @ 6:00 pm.  We will be discussing The Secret Diary of Hendrik Groen by Hendrik Groen.  Copies are available at the library so call us to reserve one today! 967-4790
• Check out this week's performance, Bigger, Bang, Bubbles!!

Week of June 15:

• Virtual Storytimes Tuesday @ 3:45 pm, Wednesday @ 10:30 am , and Friday @ 12:45 pm on Facebook Live.
• Build Your Own Bird Feeder!  Stop by the library to pick up a kit to make your own bird feeder.  Most supplies provided.
• For adults:  Join us for a Zoom presentation from Iowa Fraud Fighters!  Wednesday, June 17 @ 6:00 pm.  Now more than ever we need to be diligent against fraud.  Find out how we can be savvy against fraud. Complete this Google Form to receive the Zoom invitation or listen in on Facebook Live!
• Check out this week's performance, Science Tellers' DRAGONS!  Thursday, June 18 @ 10 am.  Here is the link to join the Zoom event!  You must call the library for the password!!

Week of June 22:

• Virtual Storytimes Tuesday @ 3:45 pm, Wednesday @ 10:30 am , and Friday @ 12:45 pm on Facebook Live.
• Write and Illustrate Your Own Book!  Stop by the library for a blank book with a few story starters just to get you started.  If you bring your completed book back to the library by June 29th, Miss Margaret will read your story during Story Time Live!
• For adults:  Check out Miss Michell's Adult Craft video!  We missed the last Adult Craft Night of the year, but here is a bonus just for you!  Join us on Facebook Live Tuesday, June 23 at 6:00 pm!!
• Check out this week's performance, Absolute Science's Laser Show!

Week of June 29:

• Create Your Own Mask!  Stop by the library for a mask you can design and decorate!!
