Iowa, was held in the Community Room at the Bondurant City Center on the 16th
day of July, 2007, at 6:00 p.m.

Notice of the meeting was posted at the Bondurant City Center, Casey’s
General Stores, Legacy Bank and the United States Post Office on July 13,
2007. All proceedings hereafter shown
were taken while the convened meeting was open to the public.
Mayor McCoid called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll call was
taken and a quorum was declared.
Motion made by Council Member Kromrie, seconded by Council Member
Bailey, to approve the agenda as presented.

Sheriff’s Department representative Lt. Peterman had nothing to report. Council Member Bailey asked Polk County to
monitor curfew.
Mr. Bill Peard, Senior Manager of Government Relations, Mediacom Communications Corporation, presented the Cable
Television Franchise Agreement between the City of Bondurant and Mediacom Communications Corporation and answered questions
from the Mayor and Council. Motion made
by Council Member Bailey, seconded by Council Member Cordes, to waive the first
and second reading of Ordinance No. 07-215, an Ordinance amending the
Code of Ordinances of the City of
Bondurant, Iowa, 2002, by adding
provisions

television franchise to MCC Iowa, and approve as the third and final

Mr. Bob Watts,
Bloom Builders Company, presented the Site Plan for Richard Downs commercial
building, 1925 Hubbell Road, Southwest, Bondurant, Iowa, a legal description
showing the distance of the building to the flood plain and written
communication from the Iowa Department of Transportation pertaining to an
entrance permit. Motion made by Council
Member Bailey, seconded by Council Member Cordes, to approve Resolution No.
07-113, a Resolution approving the Site Plan for Richard Downs commercial
building, 1925 Hubbell Road, Southwest, Bondurant, Iowa. Roll Call:
Bailey-Yes, Cordes-Yes, Adams-Yes, Kromrie-Yes, Ryan-Yes. Motion carried.

Administrator Arentsen led a discussion concerning the policies being utilized
to monitor unbilled water consumption.

where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position
