Notice of the meeting was posted
at the
Mayor McCoid called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. Roll call was taken and a quorum was declared.
Motion made by Council Member Cordes, seconded by Council Member Bailey, to approve the agenda, as presented. Roll Call: Ayes: 5. Nays: 0. Motion carried.
Ms. Jenny Hunt and Mr. Jon Burmeister, Public Financial Management, Inc., presented the City’s financial status and answered questions from the Mayor and Council. The presentation included Tax Analysis / G.O. Capacity / TIF Cashflow, Sewer Cashflow, Water Cashflow and January 01, 2006, Preliminary Taxable Valuations after Release.
Motion made by Council Member Adams, seconded by Council Member Bailey, to adjourn the meeting at 7:22 p.m. Roll Call: Ayes: 5. Nays: 0. Motion carried.
