at the
Mayor McCoid called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. Roll call was taken and a quorum was declared.
Mayor McCoid announced a numerical error in the agenda. Motion made by Council Member Kromrie, seconded by Council Member Ryan, to approve the agenda, as amended. Roll Call: Kromrie-Yes, Ryan-Yes, Adams-Yes, Bailey-Yes, Cordes-Yes. Motion carried.
Bondurant Emergency Services Fire Chief Aaron Kreuder reported that every three years the Iowa Bureau of Emergency Services performs an audit on the department and this year was the best audit they have ever received. He thanked all of the members of the department for the long hours of preparation they put in.
Motion made by Council Member Bailey, seconded by Council Member Ryan, to approve the consent items consisting of the City Council Minutes of November 16, and November 20, 2006, the Claims Report and Tax Abatement Applications for Lyle Malaney, 606 Spruce Drive, Northwest and Tom and Loni Petersen, 600 Sycamore Drive, Northwest, Bondurant, Polk County, Iowa. Roll Call: Ayes: 5. Nays: 0. Motion carried.
