to close the regular City Council meeting and open Public Hearing to consider a
request to re-zone a certain parcel of real estate from “A-1” Agricultural
District to an “M-2” Medium Industrial District. City Administrator Carlyle stated the re-zoning request is for approximately 107.65 (+/-), located north of
and
east of U.S. Highway 65, Bondurant,
Motion made by Council Member Kromrie, seconded by Council Member Cordes, to waive the first and second reading of Ordinance No. 05-206, an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bondurant, Iowa, 2002, by amending the zoning classification of certain real estate from an “A-1” Agricultural District to an “M-2” Medium Industrial District, and approve as the third and final reading. Roll Call: Kromrie-Yes, Cordes-Yes, Bailey-Yes, Schiermeister-Yes, Valentine-Yes. Motion carried.
