Member Valentine, to approve the agenda, as presented. Roll Call:

Motion made by Council Member Bailey, seconded by Council
Member Valentine, to approve the consent items consisting of the City Council
Minutes of November 01, 2004, Polk County Aviation Authority Minutes of October
07, 2004, Polk County Housing Trust Fund Minutes of October 01, 2004, Bondurant
Community Library Board Minutes of October 07, 2004, WRA Board Minutes of
October 28, 2004, the Claims Report and Tax Abatement Application for Kyle
Pals, 402 – 15th Street, Southeast, Bondurant, Polk County, Iowa. Roll Call:
Bailey-Yes, Valentine-Yes, Schiermeister-Yes, Cordes-Yes. Motion carried.
Polk County Sheriff’s Department Representative Lt.
Jorgenson reported an arrest concerning area burglaries, enforcement of the
burn ban and the speed monitor sign is currently being repaired. City Administrator Carlyle expressed the
City’s appreciation for the department’s help pertaining to a situation on

Member Cordes, to approve Resolution No. 04-122, a Resolution approving the
