Motion made by Council Member Cordes, seconded by Council
Member Valentine, to approve the agenda as presented. Roll Call:

Mr. Gary Johnson, a Member of Council from

Polk County Sheriff’s Department was not present.
City Administrator Carlyle explained that a Public Hearing
had been scheduled for

effected by the annexation of property, prior to the Public Hearing. City Attorney Brick sent communication to all property owners advising them of the Public Hearing postponement. When the Public Hearing date is re-established, new notices will be mailed to the property owners.
