Jorgenson reported a couple of minor accidents and domestic disputes in May,
2003.
Motion made by Council Member Thomas, seconded by Council
Member Bailey, to approve the third and final reading of Ordinance No. 03-213,
an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bondurant, Iowa,
2002, by amending and adding provisions pertaining to Load Limits upon Certain
Streets, Truck Routes within the Corporate Limits and a Penalty Provision. Roll Call:
Thomas-Yes, Bailey-Yes, Williams-Yes, Cordes-Yes, Valentine-Yes. Motion carried.
