order at
Motion made by Council Member Williams, seconded by Council
Member Cordes, to approve the agenda as presented. Roll Call:
Williams-Yes, Cordes-Yes, Thomas-Yes, Bailey-Yes. Motion carried.
Motion made by Council Member Bailey, seconded by Council
Member Thomas, to approve the consent items consisting of the Council Minutes
of February 17, 2003, Metro Waste Authority Minutes of January 15, 2003, Des
Moines Area MPO Minutes of January 23, 2003, and the Claims Report. Roll Call:
Bailey-Yes, Thomas-Yes, Williams-Yes, Cordes-Yes. Motion carried.

Member Bailey, to approve Resolution No. 03-19, a Resolution granting
permission to close certain streets and intersections on

Member Thomas, to approve Resolution No. 03-20, a Resolution approving the
Annual City Participation Fee for Council Roundtable Meetings. Roll Call:

Member Thomas, to close the regular City Council Meeting and open Public
Hearing to consider the adoption of the City of Bondurant Municipal Budget for
the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2004.

Motion carried. City
Administrator Carlyle reported no written or verbal comments were received by
his office. No verbal comments were
received during the Public Hearing.
Mayor Ihde thanked City Administrator Carlyle for his hard work and time
devoted to the budget. Motion made by
Council Member Bailey, seconded by Council Member Cordes, to close Public
Hearing and open the regular City Council Meeting. Roll Call:
